Characteristics of color ultrasonic diagnostic instrument
1. Color Doppler ultrasound generally uses autocorrelation technology for Doppler signal processing. The blood flow signals obtained by autocorrelation technology are color-coded and then superimposed on two-dimensional images in real time to form color Doppler ultrasound blood flow images. It can be seen that color Doppler ultrasound (color ultrasound) not only has the advantages of two-dimensional ultrasonic structure image, but also provides rich information of hemodynamics. Practical application has been widely valued and welcomed, and is known as "non-traumatic angiography" in clinical practice. Its main advantages are:
① It can quickly and intuitively display the two-dimensional planar distribution of blood flow.
② It can show the direction of blood flow.
③ Helps to distinguish arteries and veins.
④ It is helpful to identify vascular and non-vascular lesions.
⑤ It is helpful to understand the nature of blood flow.
⑥ can easily understand the blood flow phase and speed.
⑦ can reliably detect shunt and backflow.
The origin, width, length and area of the blood stream can be quantitatively analyzed.
Second, the relevant technology used by color ultrasound is pulse wave. When the speed of the detected object is too high, the color flow color will make errors, which is obviously inferior to the spectrum Doppler in quantitative analysis. Today, color Doppler ultrasound instruments all have the function of spectrum Doppler, that is, color ─ dual function ultrasound.
3. Color Doppler ultrasonic flow diagram (CDF), also known as color Doppler ultrasonic imaging (CDI), the source of echo information obtained by it is consistent with that of spectral Doppler, and the distribution and direction of blood flow are displayed in two dimensions. Different velocities are distinguished by different colors. Dual power Doppler ultrasound system, which is a B-type ultrasound image shows the location of blood vessels. Doppler measures blood flow, and this combination of type B and Doppler systems allows for more precise localization of any given vessel.
1. Blood flow direction In spectral Doppler display, blood flow direction is distinguished by zero base line. Above the zero base line shows the blood flow probe, below the zero base line shows the blood flow away from the probe. In CDI, color coding indicates the direction of blood flow, and red or yellow chromatography indicates the flow to the probe (thermal color); The flow displacement probe is indicated in blue or blue-green color (cool color).
2. Vascular distribution CDI shows the blood flow in the lumen of the vessel, so it belongs to the flow channel type display. It cannot show the wall of the vessel and the outer membrane.
3. The blood vessels of liver cancer nodules can be classified by CDI. They can be distinguished as circumferential vessels around nodules and curved vessels at the inner edge of nodes. The flow vessels of nodules, the internal vessels of nodules and the outflow vessels of nodules, etc.
